How you buy and receive your order
Our products ship from abroad and arrive at your home in Argentina. Here's exactly how importing works so you know what to expect: timing, taxes and the paperwork you need.

We ship from abroad
We prepare your package and send it by international courier. You'll get a tracking code to follow your package's journey.
It clears customs
When it enters the country, the shipment goes through the simplified Postal/Courier Regime regulated by ARCA (former AFIP). As a low-value shipment, the process is simple: no importer registration, no customs broker.
It arrives at your door
The courier (or the postal service, depending on the modality) delivers it to your home. If any tax applies, you'll be notified before delivery.
Taxes and allowances
Argentina has simplified regimes designed precisely for low-value purchases like yours. Two modalities currently coexist:
- Courier regime (small shipments): lets you import shipments of up to USD 3,000 without being a registered importer. Each shipment has a USD 400 allowance (up to 5 shipments per year). Below that value you don't pay import duties or the statistics fee: only VAT and any internal taxes.
- Door-to-door (Correo Argentino): meant for personal use, with a USD 50 allowance per shipment (first 12 of the year). If your purchase stays below that amount, you pay no taxes. The limit per package is 20 kg and USD 3,000.
In practice, most of our products are lightweight and priced well below these thresholds, so the process is quick and the tax cost is minimal or zero depending on the modality and how much you order during the year.
What paperwork you need
- Your CUIL/CUIT or DNI for the shipment declaration.
- A simplified declaration of contents and value (usually handled by the courier with your purchase data).
- An ARCA tax code (Clave Fiscal) in case you need to pay taxes or follow an online procedure (only if applicable).
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to arrive?
Times vary depending on logistics and customs. We send you the tracking code so you can follow your package at all times.
Do I have to do any customs paperwork?
Usually not. Being low-value shipments under the simplified regime, the courier handles most of the process. If any tax payment comes up, you'll be informed before delivery.
Do I pay taxes on my order?
It depends on the shipment's value and the modality. In many cases the purchase stays within the allowance. When VAT or other taxes apply, they're paid upon receiving the package.
